The Cooling Tower Company offers three distinct counterflow towers which meet our goal to offer rugged, reliable, energy efficient, corrosion resistant, and environmentally sensitive cooling towers that are easily maintained.

SERIES TCI
Induced draft towers from 50 to 2000 nominal ton modules. The large diameter fan arrangements result in the most energy efficient tower we make. We have limited the individual cell size to provide redundancy and reliability. All Series TCI towers have fully welded basins and offer a selection of structural support and casing material combinations to match site and/or customer requirements.

SERIES TCF
Forced draft towers from 100 to 1200 nominal tons. The side mounted direct drive or belt drive fan arrangement is the most maintenance friendly of our towers. All routine inspection and maintenance can be performed at grade level. The forced draft arrangement can be installed "back to back" and "side to side" to offer difficult sites a technically sound solution. All Series TCF towers have fully welded basins and offer a selection of structural support and casing material combinations to match site and/or customer requirements.

CUSTOM TOWERS
Either the Series TCI or the Series TCF towers can be customized in length, and width to match site specific physical constraints. For unusually dirty water conditions, the fill and drift materials can be specified to match the available water conditions, resulting in reliable operation of the tower system. Installation constraints can be addressed and weight limited modules supplied. Custom inlet and outlet locations can be provided to make installation easier and less costly.
